Deviation Actions
In my opinion, it's almost non-existent. I'm talking about enemies and their reaction to the player's actions.
The good example is Fallout 3/NV. You can wear a full set of power armour and butcher a street thug with your trusty Ripper in front of his 'colleagues', but they are like 'F*ck it. We're still gonna attack you.' What the cheap crap is that? Was it so difficult to include normal fear in their behaviour? Another example. I'm attacking an NCR outpost, wearing mod-added Kerberos armour with huge damage threshold and holding anti-materiel rifle in my hands. All NCR personnel is swarming around me, shooting. Their service rifles did almost no damage, and I, in turn, blew heads to bits, striking one headshot after another. But they didn't run away till the last of them was dead. Veeery realistic behaviour indeed. Crap like that completely breaks immersion, leaving you with the thought 'That's bullsh*t. Real individuals don't behave like that.'
It's 2015, but we have the same zombie-terminators without any fear instead of normal enemies in games. And CEOs keep telling us about the 'developing of the game industry'. U-huh. Right.

Unknown benefactor
Hey, you, my unknown benefactor! Thank you so much for your gift! I appreciate your generosity, truly! Thanks again! ^_^
Plans
My old watchers know that usually my plans crash miserably against the wall of reality, but one can dream, eh? So, my artistic plans. 1. Chaos pilot commission. 2. An Elven mage from my 'Antique Store' fictional universe. Will be highly-detailed and coloured. 3. Ekaterina Pankratova, also from 'A.S.' A local sheriff keeping law and order in a small border settlement. Full-body pic., coloured. Plus additional pics of her gear. 4. Ada Lehmann (from 'A.S.'). Former 'Purge Specialist', currently a proud member of Church Patrol. Actually a northern noble in disguise who ran away from her overly-controlling mother. This pic will show you Ada in her Northern armour, full-body, coloured. 5. Varvara - my WH40k original character. Will be shown in her officer field uniform. Half-body, coloured. 6. 'Techno-Viking' commission. My best pic so far.
Focus on Antique Store and Dark Mastaaa
I decided to focus on my stuff, because time goes by, yet my fictional universe keeps stagnating. So, I decided to develop my characters instead of drawing another naked Samus Aran, heh. And of course I remember about that unfinished commission, and I'm going to complete it first. Still planning to finish my WH40k fan fiction 'Blue Crash' about my oc rogue trader and one unlucky water caste negotiator.
Still alive
One second you enjoy your life, and suddenly bad things happen, and you have to tear through that mess to be able to have your life back. I kinda managed to do that. Thank God. So, I'm going to start drawing again. Good stress relieve. Can't promise the same quality though - my injuries have to heal first. But I'm full of hope and optimism, so I'll try to compensate the lack of technique with enthusiasm. It's so good to be back.

Oh you forgot the worst part of part of Fallout 3/NV, they onyl run if they're the last one and at the point of dying, then they sometime run, when it's impssible to escape
Off the top of my head, the only game I can think of thath as enemies showing fear is RTS games or games with a morale system.
Heck, the worst example of enemies not showing fear is the Dynasty warriors series, as much as I love them, there's been battles where they happily rush to attack a guy who's killed entire armies on his own, but that's nothing to be afraid of xD
